No knitting today

I know that I said I would post pictures of the corset today but, frankly, it just feels inappropriate to do so after the events of yesterday.

Today's television coverage is both shocking in its detail and inspiring in its coverage of Londoners showing great spirit in continuing with their lives.

Our thoughts are with all those affected by this crime.

I know.....and me too.

Hi Anita

I understand your decision and share your thoughts and feelings for those involved but you know, I think it would be appropriate to continue to celebrate all that is good and fun, lovely and loving in life. To continue as normally as possible and show these wicked, wicked people that they no matter what they do, they cannot and will not put us down. If I have time I'll be posting later about my somewhat eventful week - G8 and London experiences to share - but I'm also going to post my knitting !

Love to see the corset when you feel it's right for you to share it.

I do agree with Heather and am joining my voice to hers.

KNIT ON, ladies!

Hi there, I just came across you blog today and can't help but to leave a comment when I saw this post.
I understand why you feel inappropriate posting about your knitting. But really, just like what Heather said, you should show everyone that despite all those horror around, you can cope with it and be happy again. No matter what happened, everyone should be happy again, and show to the world that terrorism can't destroy you.
I'm a bit hesitant about posting this, but I think I should just let you know my thought.
