Still more labyrinthine buds the rose

autumn rose1.JPG

Some progress on Autumn Rose. It's rather slow going currently although the second (top) half of the rose is knitting up very satisfactorily. The colour changes are an absolute delight but I must confess that I am longing for the far simpler 2-colour bands between the rose motifs.

I agree, those colours are lovely. Is it knitted in the round? If so, you've made good progress.

Very pretty - I must dig out Venezia again and get on. Of course spring is coming and I'm not sure that a double stranded fairisle will be comfortable but lets face it, it will probably take me until autumn to finish !

How're things with you and the girls ?
